My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*******IMPORTANT****** IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ONE OF OUR DOGS PLEASE VISIT OUR WEBSITE AND FILL OUT AN ADOPTION APPLICATION. AFTER WE HAVE AN APPLICATION ON FILE WE WILL COMMUNICATE SPECIFICS ABOUT THAT PARTICULAR DOG. WE ARE A SMALL RESCUE, OVERWHELMED BY THE NUMBER OF DOGS WE HAVE IN OUR FOSTER PROGRAM AND ARE UNABLE TO ANSWER OR CALL UNTIL WE HAVE AN ADOPTION APPLICATION.

Meet Rudolph, a 5 year old male stray from North GA. Rudolph suffered some significant trauma to his left hind leg and for a time we thought he was going to lose the leg. Fortunately, with good wound care he made a complete recovery. Rudolph appears to have been trapped for a number of hours, if not days, under something very heavy. It also appeared that a chain was wrapped around his leg. He had terrible wounds to the leg but has had no signs of infection and the wounds granulated in nicely. He may have significant scarring of the leg but stil has great function. Rudolph is neutered and UTD on shots. He does not like other male dogs but gets along well with females. Rudolph is a rather large dog and may not be best placed with small children.
