Silo *Foster Needed!*'s Story...
Meet Silo!

Happy, energetic and lots of fun!

Silo was pulled from a high kill shelter where he sat on death row. This happy go lucky terrier mix is about 1 year old.

This young guy loves to play and run! And tennis balls are the BEST! Silo will need a fenced in yard. He is picky about his friends and will do best in a home without cats or small kids. He is also a great TV watching companion! Where's the recliner? He will be on your lap for a big cuddle.

Silo's adoption fee is $100 which includes his neuter, vaccinations and rabies. He is heartworm negative and has been on preventative monthly treatment. If you are interested in meeting or adopting Silo please email adoption@newbeginningsas.org.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Silo *Foster Needed!*, a Pickerington Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Pickerington, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Pickerington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pickerington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pickerington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pickerington paves the way for another one to be saved.
