TOBY's Story...
Handsome, Easy-going Staffie
I’m a 4-year-old, weighs approximately 65 lbs., good-looking guy who really enjoys company. And I’d love to be your best buddy! I’d really enjoy keeping you company while you’re inside or out. I’ll help you in the yard, watching TV, cooking or working on the computer. I’m so flexible! I’m a sweet, quiet Staffordshire Terrier who enjoys taking walks. I’m very good on a leash and know some commands. I also get along with most other dogs, but not cats. I’m house-broken, house-trained and crate-trained (although I’d much rather be loose in the house). My foster mom gives me lots of rawhide and nylabone chewies which I totally dig. And I get oodles of hugs and tummy rubs cause I roll over and stick my feet in the air. My foster mom falls for it every time! I’m neutered and have current shots.

I am an independent doggie rescuer and take in homeless sweeties from various situations - including directly from shelters, personal contacts, and strays. My experience in dog rescue work stems back starting over ten years ago when one of my very own dogs was found on the streets, she had been hit by a car and rolled several times.
