Jay Jay's Story...
A super 'gentle giant' is the best way to describe Jay-Jay. A 4 yr old English Bulldog mix. He's not only the sweetest dog you'll ever meet, but loves hangin' around with you. He's playful and incredibly funny. Sadly, his owner has gotten very sick and can no longer care for him. He was well loved and very much a pampered pet. He loves to go for long walks and rides well in the car. Jay-Jay is definitely a keeper. Jay-Jay weighs in at 68 lbs. Contact jakgul5@yahoo.com if you are wanting to meet this handsome boy!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jay Jay, a Richmond English Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a English Bulldog for sale in Richmond, or seeking a English Bulldog dog from a breeder in Richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even English Bulldog breeders who help with English Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
