My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dawn is a beautiful black lab mix girl around 1 ½ years old and weighing around 50 lbs. We get so many really wonderful dogs from these terrible shelters and they just don’t deserve to be there. Thank goodness this very sweet and mild mannered girl isn’t there anymore. Dawn has the shiniest and softest black coat ever which makes her that much more huggable. When she gets excited she prances up and down and her whole body shakes when she wags her little stump tail. Dawn gets along great with everyone she meets and glows all over when getting good girl praise and hugs. She loves to romp and play with her canine foster siblings and settles down nicely afterwards. Dawn seems to be okay with the kitties too, but can double check if necessary. She would be considered medium energy. Dawn is a smart girl and wants to please her people. She would definitely benefit from training classes as she is a quick learner. Dawn would be a great fit for any family. If you are looking for a great walking partner, running partner, just hanging out partner and cuddling partner, Dawn would be your girl.
