Mola's Story...
Mola, a 4 year old purebred black pug, is a laid back fella who likes to be your shadow and can usually be found right by your side. He is potty trained and gets along well with other dogs. Recently recovering from surgery to remove a blockage in his intestine, this sweet baby is bouncing back and doing great. He loves to play with (and chew on!) toys and is playful and friendly once he warms up. A true lap dog, Mola loves to be fawned over and adored. And who can blame him? Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mola, a Austin Pug dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug for sale in Austin, or seeking a Pug dog from a breeder in Austin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Austin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Austin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug breeders who help with Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Austin paves the way for another one to be saved.
