Koda's Story...
Koda is a big boy pushing the scales at 100+ pounds. He is very cuddly and loving and wants to be in your lap at all times. He gets along with other dogs, females are best, and he loves kitty cats too. He does listen to you and knows basic commands and will walk well in a leash, but only after he gets to know you. He doesn't listen to strangers very well. Children over the age of 12 are probably fine, I don't think he has spent much time around little kids and it's probably not a good idea do to his size. We believe that he is about 3 years old. He is very handsome and will make you proud to own him! This boy has a lot of love to give but as with all rottweilers, he needs a strong pack Leader to bring out the best in him.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Koda, a Gilbert Rottweiler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler for sale in Gilbert, or seeking a Rottweiler dog from a breeder in Gilbert.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilbert already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilbert breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler breeders who help with Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gilbert paves the way for another one to be saved.
