Haylow's Story...
Precious girl looking for someone to love - Haylow

Haylow is a super sweet 1-2 year old pit girl who is just looking for someone to love. Once a stray, she was taken in by a kind stranger and has found OPH to help her find a forever home! She is shy and needs some time to warm up, but once she does she is the sweetest girl! Haylow is playful and friendly with her foster mom and dad. She is crate trained and house trained; she is knows "sit" and is working on "down" and "wait" as well. Haylow plays very nicely with her foster brothers and sisters and seems to do well with children who are gentle with her. She would thrive in any home that is willing to be patient and, most of all, cuddle with her!

Haylow is UTD on shots, spayed and is fostered in Arbutus, MD. Haylow is ready for adoption.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Haylow, a Frederick American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Frederick, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Frederick.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Frederick already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Frederick breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Frederick paves the way for another one to be saved.
