found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already spayed, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.
Sis is a lovely Catahoula/pit bull mix, about 2 years old and weighing about 45-50 pounds, who was recently rescued from the Shasta Lake Animal Shelter. Her rescuer picked her up on behalf of someone who wanted to adopt her but has now decided that she is just going to foster Sis until she finds her forever home. (Note: Sis has been renamed Lulu, but Grateful Dogs Rescue currently has a dog named Lulu so we're using her shelter name in this posting to avoid confusion!)
This very sweet girl got along very well with all the other dogs at the shelter and is getting along well with the dogs in her foster home, but she does like to chase the cats. Sis is a lover and a cuddly lap dog. She walks very well on leash and has learned basic commands -- sit, stay, down -- and is working on more commands. Sis is quite striking with her unique markings and big soulful hazel eyes and lots of eyeliner!
Sis is spayed, up-to-date on her shots, and ready to find her forever home! Her ideal adopter has breed knowledge, is patient and has time to work with her and care for her. If you think you might be that person, please contact Lynda at firstname.lastname@example.org or 650-291-2007.
