Jada's Story...
Meet Jada. She is a beautiful, smaller version of a lab and weighs about 40 lbs and would be perfect for an apartment or someone that loves labs but doesnt want the size of a pure bred lab.. She was surrendered to a kill shelter in rural Tennessee when her owners decided to move somewhere that didnt allow pets. Jada is around 4-5 years old. She is very timid and cautious at first but quickly comes out of her shell and lights up. Jada is in a foster home with several other dogs and does well with them. Jada's previuos owners were irresponsible and did not protect her from the dangers of the outdoors. Jada is positive for heartworms. She recieved treatment the first week of March. Jada can be adopted while she is recovering, but must remain in a calm environment for 6 weeks. She is a very sweet, gentle soul that deserves a second chance at life with a family that takes proper care of her and will not abandon her. The video of Jada was taken at the vet on the day that she was being treated for heartworms. If you are interested in learning more about Jada or would like to apply to adopt her, please contact the rescue. Our orphans are delivered to the northeast every Saturday via USDA certified transport and come fully vetted with health certificates.Jada is being fostered in Knoxville TN.

About Our Rescue Group...
We are a small, non profit, all volunteer organization that has been dedicating our spare time to save Southern dogs in need for over 7 years. We are located in Knoxville TN. Our goal is to reduce the number of dogs in the "high kill" overpopulated shelters in our region and find them permanent loving homes. We are not breed specific, but are committed to the breeds and mixes that tend to be overly abundant in the southern states. We adopt to both local families and families in the Northeast. We place most of our orphans in homes in the northeast by offering USDA certified transport services.
