Zane's Story...
Zane can be spelled many ways but in the end it is variant of Jon from Hebrew, meaning "God's gracious gift." That perfectly fits Zane's personality. He is a wonderful boy who is so full of life and love. He has the most upbeat and fun personality. His eyes speak volumes and they say: "Hey, adopt me and I will make your life full! I will love you, play with you and give you a loyal companion for life. I'm also a comedian, but I won't charge you extra." Zane is a handsome boy who does okay on the leash. He pulled just a little but after you get to know one another, he will relax and enjoy the walk.. He is very well behaved, knows how to sit and gets along well with people. He greeted each stranger with awe and wonder and the tail was wagging the whole time. This is a happy boy who loves life and all the adventures it holds. He is highly energetic and would love to have a family that can keep him entertained through ball tossing, hikes, swims, runs or even long walks. He is lovable and determined to make you his best friend. What a fantastic boy, who definitely will be a gift to anyone that invites him to join their family. To learn more - www.azrescue.org.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zane, a Phoenix Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
