Gillian's Story...
Sweet, fun dog. Must've been hit by a car - broke her femur. She had surgery and she's healing just great. She's ready to go home - come meet her - she's so sweet!

To meet this dog, give us a call (317 849-5555) and come visit. Our hours are 7am to 7pm all 7 days of the week.

Our foster dogs are micro chipped, vaccinated, HW tested, current on HW and Flea preventative and spayed or neutered. They are crate trained, sleeping and eating in a crate at night. They stay all day in the playroom with a bunch of other dogs. Dog's adopted from us are eligible for a 20% discount on our training classes and a $2.00 discount on daycare.

Our standard adoption fee is $150. You can watch our dogs online at http://www.luckydogretreat.com/playcam.html. Visit our website for more information.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gillian, a Indianapolis Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Indianapolis, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Indianapolis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Indianapolis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Indianapolis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Indianapolis paves the way for another one to be saved.
