Hope's Story...
Hi my name is Hope and I'm looking for a forever home. I'm located near Jackson, Mississippi. I'm about 18 months old as of Feb 8, 2013, I'm sweet, affectionate, and loyal. I like kids and other dogs but I love my person that feeds me and cares for me. I enjoy the outdoors. I love being indoors with my special person. I have been in my foster home for a couple of months. Animal Rescue Front is treating me for Heartworm disease, they said they would take care of my treatment through their "Heal A Heart " program and find me a home up North. Please don't let my heartworm disease deter you from adopting me, by the time I get to your home I will be healthy. I go to the Vet Monday February 11, 2013 for heart worm treatment. Then, soon after I will be ready to travel. I can't wait to meet you. Love, Hope
Transport to New England can easily be arranged through Animal Rescue Front

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hope, a Groton Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Groton, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Groton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Groton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Groton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Groton paves the way for another one to be saved.
