Missy's Story...
You can visit with Missy at the Petsmart in Lake Forest, CA.

Hi, my name is Missy and I'm a 2 yr. old grey/white female tabby. I came to the rescue with my five babies when my owners were incarcerated. We were fostered till the babies were old enough to be weaned and go up for adoption. My babies have all been adopted into loving homes and now I'm waiting for my new Forever home. I'm a petite little girl who loves to run and play and try to catch the feather on the end of the toy wand. I'm not really a lap cat but I like to be around you and love to be rubbed around my face and chin. I love my wet food and meow my sweet, soft meow to let you know I'm anxiously waiting. Missy is such a sweet girl, you can't help but love her. Please come visit me in person and you might find your perfect companion!

We hold adoptions every Sat & Sun from 12-3:00pm at the Lake Forest Petsmart, as well as, at the Foothill Ranch & Rancho Santa Margarita Petsmart. For an appt. to meet Missy please call 949-829-0036.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Missy, a Foothill Ranch Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Foothill Ranch, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Foothill Ranch.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Foothill Ranch already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Foothill Ranch breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Foothill Ranch paves the way for another one to be saved.
