Raja's Story...
You can visit with Raja at the Petsmart in Lake Forest, CA.

Raja is a 1 1/2 year old, female, black mackerel Tabby. She was saved from a shelter right before she was scheduled to be euthanized. Raja is a friendly girl and when being fostered she was very affectionate and playful. A little catnip gets her in a playful mood. Raja gets along with male cats and kittens but not with female cats. She is beautiful with a striking coat that you need to see in person to appreciate. Raja is waiting for her special person to come adopt her into a safe and loving Forever Home.

Adoptions are held every Sat/Sun from 12-3:00pm. We also hold adoptions at the Foothill Ranch and Rancho Santa Margarita Petsmart stores. For an appt. to meet Raja you can call 949-829-0036.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Raja, a Foothill Ranch Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Foothill Ranch, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Foothill Ranch.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Foothill Ranch already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Foothill Ranch breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Foothill Ranch paves the way for another one to be saved.
