Family Dollar Dolly's Story...
Dolly was living at the Family Dollar and a nice lady called us to help.... she had been left a blanket and food, but needed so much more...Dolly needed to be rescued so now she is safe at the rescue! WE could not turn her away although many others did. Dolly is a little scared, she has obviously been through a trauma. No telling how she ended up at the Family Dollar store. Thankfully she is responding to our special brand of TLC. She appears to be young.. less than one year old, and very sweet. She likes to play with Highway, and will be a great dog given the chance.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Family Dollar Dolly, a Quinlan Hound (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Quinlan, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Quinlan.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Quinlan already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Quinlan breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Quinlan paves the way for another one to be saved.
