Guy's Story...
Guy is a sweet little chiweenie who was rescued from the streets with his mom and his sister. He is about a year old and lives with other small dogs, big dogs and cats. He is potty trained but needs a little work on his barking. He is fine once he gets to meet the other dog, but when he first sees one, he thinks he needs to protect everyone around him.

About Our Rescue Group...
We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. In July of 2009 we joined together with fellow rescuers on a mission to save a pack of about 30 dogs from the Fort McDowell Casino area and by the end of the year we had rescued over 80 dogs from there! AZ Happy Tails is committed to the rescue and placement of stray, abandoned, and e-listed animals as well. We think all pets deserve caring and compassionate homes, and the chance to live healthy, happy lives in safe environments. We strive to educate and raise awareness of the importance of animal respect and appreciation.

Our Adoption Process...
If you are interested in adopting a pet from us please contact us via e-mail. We will get you our adoption questionnaire to fill out an return for our review. We will then do a meet and greet with the pet including a visit to your home to make sure the pet feels comfortable and is in a safe environment!
