Katie's Story...
Katie is a young, sweet girl who just wants to play, play and play! But she also loves to snuggle and would be a perfect pal when you want to have a comfy mellow evening in front of a fireplace or watching movies. She's full of puppy energy and would be a perfect companion for an active person or family.

Watch Katie's video! She's indeed a great dog who can get along with other dogs so beautifully. She even knows how to melt the hearts of dominant dogs! This video was shot by the caring people who volunteer at the pound, from where we rescued her (The other dog in the video was adopted out from the pound to an active family, so don't worry!). Katie needs and deserves a home and family she can call her own, or even just a foster home at this point!

Katie will be your confidant and soul mate. Don't miss out this all-around "good dog"!

If you are interested in meeting Katie, please download the Adoption Questionnaire, fill it out and fax it back to us at (310) 362-0321. You can also meet this and/or other available dogs at our Saturday Adoptions at Centinela Feed.

[Katie is about 3 years old and 50 lbs.]

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Katie, a Marina del Rey Boxer/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Labrador Retriever for sale in Marina del Rey, or seeking a Boxer/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Marina del Rey.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marina del Rey already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marina del Rey breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Boxer/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marina del Rey paves the way for another one to be saved.
