Izzy's Story...
Izzy is a 4 year old spayed female Lapinporokoira. Izzy came to the shelter as an owner relinquishment, because her family is moving out of the country and unable to take her. This breed is rarely seen in this area. It is reported that Izzy is good with other dogs, with children and with cats. She may chase a cat if it run, but she does not want to harm the cat. In fact, in her previous home she shared a bed with the family cat. Izzy is a very nice, clam, quiet girl with a great temperament and is a pleasure to have around. She will be available for adoption on February 14th after 6pm. UPDATE: Izzy is currently at a vet clinic and will be back at the shelter on Friday.

All applications will be considered and the adoption coordinator will call the person chosen to adopt the dog after the available date.
