Dottie's Story...
Dottie is the most charismatic cat we've ever come across. She is a DIVA, a PRINCESS, and we think she should be an only pet. She loves to be the center of attention, so we don't think she would enjoy sharing that with small children.

Dottie was dumped in a parking lot. Our feeling is her owner may have passed away and someone tossed her because no doubt she was once the center of someone's universe. She was so well cared for and princess like that it's unlikely her former owner dumped her. Dottie was NOT about to be an outdoor cat and went to the door of Polaris Career Center and made a fuss until someone took her in. :) We love Dottie and want her to be adopted by someone {preferably a diva, haha] who wants to dote on and love on her as often as possible. This is a companion cat all the way. She is truly our little princess!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dottie, a Olmsted Falls Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Olmsted Falls, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Olmsted Falls.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Olmsted Falls already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Olmsted Falls breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Olmsted Falls paves the way for another one to be saved.
