NALA is needing to be rehomed. She is a very bright sensitive 14 month old dog that just cannot get used to little children. It is a busy home with three small children. She has never bitten but she has a few times reacted and it is hard to tell if her growls are serious or not because she talks with growling. She has never growled at an adult. Children are considered the lower member of the pack. This family loves her and she needs protection from the children here too. She loves them and plays Catahoula puppy rough with them and lies with them BUT.. if they get rough with her she reacts and it makes her and the family tense and that is not good. Nala was saved from a pet shop situation and then a family that had too much on their plate put her up for adoption with her sister. She has been bounced three times and it is time someone loves this bright sensitive girl that just wants to do what is right. She is crate broke and she is very loyal and some protective of her home but not overly so. She is vocal and fun and she gets along with dogs her own size or larger but no small dogs please. No cats either. This is one nice girl and we want to see her struggle to find her forever home and niche come to an end and be all she has hoped for. This dog has so much going for her. She is 14 months of age and she will please you. I will work with anyone that gets her if they need help to get her over any behavior issue that might come up but really, this dog is a nice girl. She loves and wants to love back. She just needs a less stressful environment please. She is good on leash too. NALA IS WAITING..
