Caesar has spent the past 10 months living at Intel's Construction site surviving on the generosity of the construction workers.  So many employees from Intel and construction workers attempted to rescue this sweet boy but Caesar was mistreated before and didn't know who he could trust so he kept his distance.  2nd Chance received an email from one of Intel's workers asking for assistance in his rescue; not only was the person concerned for his welfare she was concerned for his health due to a large mass on his front leg.  Once I heard his story I immediately went to meet the dog that couldn't be caught and within two days Caesar was rescued and is now being cared for by our wonderful vet Power Road.  Caesar has tested positive for heartworm and is being treated.  The mass on his leg isn't cancerous and will be removed once he recovers from heartworm.  2nd Chance Dog Rescue is looking for a long term foster and/or furever home.  All of Caesars medical will be taken care of by a wonderful organization called PACC911.org. With everything that Caesar has gone thru he is THE MOST LOVING/HAPPY BOY who has stolen the hearts of everyone who meets him, this loving boy doesn't have an ounce of aggressiveness in him, he is fine around other dogs and we think he would be fine with cats.

Caesar is between 7-9 years old and is the sweetest boy ever; you would never know that he was living on the streets for 10 months.  We don't know if he is housebroken but he is well mannered and is crate trained.  If you are willing to open your home/heart to Caesar please fill out an adoption or foster consultation form and we will contact you and answer any questions you may have.
