My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Shadow is a sweet and very pretty little black labby girl ever. She is about 2 years old and just as sweet as ‘puddin pie.’ Shadow weighs in at 50 lbs. Shadow came from a very nasty shelter where she did not have much of a chance, but LLR found out about her along with a couple of others that also needed help and here she is. She gets along great with all of her canine brothers and sisters and loves romping and playing in the yard with them. We are not sure about the kitties, but can cat test if necessary. She loves people and especially loves the hugs and the ‘good girl’ praise she gets from her people and she is so eager to please. Bless her heart, what a love. Shadow is a medium/high energy girl who loves to play fetch and tug o war with whoever will play with her. She settles down nicely for some hugs and belly rubs. Shadow is a quick learner as she is very smart and eager to please and would most certainly be the star of any obedience class. She does pretty well on a leash and would make a wonderful walking, running or hiking partner. Shadow has been well socialized with men, women and older children and would like to be your best buddy.
Shadow is spayed, up to date on vaccinations including rabies, micro-chipped and on flea preventative and heartworm preventative. She is a beautiful girl and would make a wonderful companion for any family. If interested in Shadow, please indicate her in the notes section of the online application.
