Nemo's Story...
Nemo is a handsome 11 month Cocker Spaniel puppy that was dumped by his owners at a grooming shop. The owners said he grew too 'big' and decided to abandon him. Happy Angels rescued him before he was taken to an animal shelter. He is an energetic beautiful boy that LOVES to play and is very affectionate. He does well with other playful dogs and will smother you with kisses. Despite being dumped by his owners, he has a very positive attitude and always wags his tail. He is just a happy boy. Nemo is currently about 18 pounds and is fostered in Fullerton, CA.

All our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, vet checked, and are up to date on all vaccinations.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nemo, a Los Angeles Cocker Spaniel puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel puppy from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
