Hi I'm Maddie!
I am a 2 year old female Pittie Mix. My foster mommy says I must be mixed with mouse because I'm only 26 pounds which is pretty tiny for one of my kind! I was rescued from a high kill shelter which is good because I don't really understand how I ended up there. I mean, I potty outside, I don't mess my crate, I'm good when I get baths and nail clippings, I walk great on a leash, I sit for my treats and anytime my foster mommy tells me anything, I listen right away! Oh, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE PEOPLE. I have had human foster sibling and they were awesome! I let them take my food and my toys because I know they love me and they'll give them back. I have doggy foster siblings, too. We get along and all, but I'm not too interested in them. I like having all the food, toys, and love for myself, but my foster mommy says that isn't nice, so I do share...when I have to. I'm also not too interested in cats as long as they aren't mean to me. AND I am a great cuddler who loves to give kisses. Weird that I ended up in that bad place, right? Oh well, my foster mommy says I'm a very good girl who should find a home super quick! I hope she's right!
Note from foster mom: She is very mellow when it's just us. Only active when visitors come. She is a great dog for a first time owner, that's how easy she is. Once she learns another dogs habits she is sooooooooo good with other dogs. She doesn't bother my dog cuz she knows my dog doesn't want anything to do with her but she plays with my friends' dog. She sits for treats without me having to say sit. I can take her bones and toys right out of her mouth. Never had an accident in the house or her crate!
