CLOVE's Story...
Our little Clove is the silent and sweet type with extremely silky, soft fur that you just can't stop petting. She was incredibly nervous and shaky when she first arrived but after a good night's sleep and some breakfast, she has really come out of her shell. She now romps with her brother, and chases toys around. Her favorite thing is to be held by her humans. She snuggles into my girls' laps so nicely and just looks up with these sweet eyes, she's irresistible. She is also having great success with the wee wee pads and had no accidents during the night. Clove seems to be a very gentle pup who never nips or whines and is just a pleasure to have around. She is content hanging in her pen with or without her brother but does like to curl up with them for nap time. As we get to know this sweet one better, we will update the description. UPDATE: Our little girl is showing she can hold her own with her brothers and is even first at the food bowls for each meal. She prefers to sit quietly with a toy, either chewing or batting it around. She is an absolute angel with my girls as she sits so calmly soaking up the attention. She loves a good cuddle. Clove continues to work on using wee wee pads and has only had a couple of accidents. I am most impressed by how quiet she is as she almost never whines but simply greets us with paws up on the pen and tail wagging waiting for her turn to be picked up. We just love Clove's calm and gentle nature.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

CLOVE, a West Milford Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in West Milford, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in West Milford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in West Milford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a West Milford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in West Milford paves the way for another one to be saved.
