Pharaoh's Story...
Hi, my name is Pharaoh. I am 10 weeks old now , and the happy son of a medium size shepherd mix momma who was rescued while she was pregnant with me. Surprise!

My foster parents have given me lots of love and nurturing since I came into this world…And so I LOVE people . Well, actually, I LOVE everything! People, playing ball, sitting in your lap and giving kisses, napping, puppy treats, toys and games, and other dogs and puppies (though I'm still young and a bit shy at first). My foster parents have had other puppies before and say that I am very, very smart for my age. I come when my name is called, I can sit for treats, and fetch is already one of my favorite games. I also trained myself to use the wee wee pads without any help !

Now that I'm old enough to be adopted into my forever home…will you be my new family and best friend? I will love you soooo much! We can play, take walks and go places together, and I will be excited to see you every time you come home, but I am very young so I can't be left for too many hours alone. My foster parents say I will positively make you laugh and smile!

P.S.… Because my foster parents know that good puppy health is important, I have been very well taken care of and I am current on all my vaccinations and visits to the doctor. I liked the doctor...She was very nice and gave me a cookie : )

Your new best friend, Pharaoh

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pharaoh, a San Francisco Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Australian Kelpie puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Australian Kelpie for sale in San Francisco, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Australian Kelpie puppy from a breeder in San Francisco.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Francisco already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Francisco breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Australian Kelpie breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Australian Kelpie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Francisco paves the way for another one to be saved.
