SAM's Story...
Sam is a big brindle boy with a lot of potential. He came to us as an extremely under socialized pooch, who surprised us right off the bat by getting along with other dogs, though we were told by the shelter that he was dog aggressive. He is a medium energy dog who loves playing fetch. Sam is a proud, dominant kid whose little nub of a tail is always pointing skyward.
His only issue right now seems to be his fear of strangers. Fortunately, he allows strangers to become friends very quickly.
Sam is a work in progress, but one that we feel will be well worth the wait.
Please fill out an adoption application. After review, one of our volunteers will contact you to answer your questions and to set up a home check and a meeting with the dogs. Inquiries WITHOUT the application will NOT be answered. Here is the link:

Why Adoption is a Great Option

SAM, a Fremont Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Fremont, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Fremont.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fremont already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fremont breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fremont paves the way for another one to be saved.
