My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pedro is an approaching 3 year old (ll/07)neutered, red/white purebred Pembroke Welsh Corgi. He is a small guy, approx. 20 lbs., has had obedience training, his current on his shots and microchipped. He was in a home for two years and another dog joined him a year ago, a Doxie, who was not friendly with the 3 resident cats. Pedro had been friendly with the cats prior to the Doxie's arrival. Of late the Doxie with Pedro participating got into a cat attack and so the Doxie was rehomed and Pedro came into our rescue for the same purpose. He is good with people, older children and other dogs. He just needs a cat free home. Pedro loves the water and s enjoys digging for gophers so he's not a dog for someone who is picky about their yard. Adoption process includes completing a pre adoption application which you can do by going to www.sacred.petfinder.com, a homecheck, contract and adoption donation. Pedro will only be placed in a Corgi savvy home.
