Sweet southern belle seeks someone to love!
Kendall was adopted from FFGW in 2004. Somewhere along the way, she and her adopter moved from Virginia to Tennessee. But now, for reasons outside her mom’s control, Kendall has come back to the Washington area for FFGW to find her a new home. Even though a lady of a certain age, Kendall is, as promised by her mom, quite playful and especially fond of feather toys. She is also that rare long haired cat who loves to be brushed. Beautiful, loving Kendall has been back with us for a few months and we've learned a lot about her! Kendall used to live with a small dog, who she politely tolerated, but we have learned that she draws the line at other cats: they terrify and confuse her. So much so that she took up residence in her first foster mom's closet and became sad and withdrawn. A recent move to a new foster home where she is the only kitty has worked wonders and Kendall is the happy girl she was reported to be. She is already head butting and kissing her new foster mom hello when she gets home from work and has been doing little dances of joy around the house.
