Mouse's Story...
Meet Mouse, she was found on the 202 Fwy in Phoenix, with no collar. She was taken to Maricopa County Animal Shelter and was scanned for a micro-chip. I spent 72 hours waiting for someone to come save me. I was taken in by Saving Souls Dog Rescue, I am now looking for my forever home. I am a quiet calm girl, very sweet. I will greet you with a little grin when we meet. I love car rides..as long as its not to a shelter. They call me mouse because of my mouse like face :)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mouse, a Scottsdale American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Scottsdale, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Scottsdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Scottsdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Scottsdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Scottsdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
