I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.
Angelica (aka "Gelly Belly" or "Gelly Bean") is a very affectionate girl who LOVES her tummy rubs. She is well behaved in the house, house trained, crate trained and walks nicely on a leash. Angelica is great with people, but needs to be the only animal so she can soak up all the attention she deserves. She is a goofy girl, made all the better by the fact she is a low, wide girl, which makes her antics even funnier. She has completed her treatment for Heartworm and is fully recovered! Angelica is currently in a foster home, so if you are interested in meeting her, please contact her foster mom at mikellfulghum@AOL.com

The adoption center is open from 2 pm - 6 pm everyday!
We are located at 415 Campbell Avenue SW in downtown Roanoke, a block from the Police Station.
All pets are up to date on shots, combo or HW tested, spayed/neutered, and microchipped.
All pets with the second name 'Biscuit' are neglect and/or cruelty cases brought to Angels of Assisi by animal control.
Angels of Assisi has a lifetime commitment to all the animals adopted from our Adoption Guarantee shelter. If at anytime you cannot continue to provide a home for your adopted pet, we will take him or her back into the adoption center until another home can be found.

Shelter Info...
Angels of Assisi is dedicated to the preservation and care of all living creatures. We provide reduced cost medical care to companion animals with special emphasis on spaying and neutering to prevent pet overpopulation. We provide shelter, care and sustenance to companion and domesticated farm animals in need, including an adoption center for homeless dogs and cats and a farm animal sanctuary. Our goal is to educate the public that companion and farm animals are not objects for human use but are living sentient, creatures deserving human respect and kindness.
Angels of Assisi’s operating costs are subsidized by corporate sponsorships from Prime Time Rentals and NationsLine. Corporate Sponsorships and private donations allow the clinic to base fees on the income of the pet owner as well as provide services for rescue operations. For more information about Angels of Assisi and their services, volunteer opportunities, or to make a donation, please call the clinic at 540-344-8707 or log on to www.angelsofassisi.org.
The Angels of Assisi Adoption Center is located at 415 Campbell Avenue and is open Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Many of the animals will also be available on Saturday afternoon at PETsMART, 4749 Valley View Blvd, from the Angels of Assisi Mobile Adoption Unit.
