CLEOPATRA's Story...
Please consider adopting this special girl. Cleopatra has been through so much, she needs to be in a calmer environment, if you can foster until adoption that would be wonderful too. ADOPT ME - At Domestic Animal Services in Naples - needs adopter or rescue group
A164171 Cleopatra is an approximately 3-years-old spayed female brown tiger and white Maine Coon mix.

She came to DAS after being hit with a car. She had a broken jaw and a damaged eye. With the help of Animalife veterinarians and the DAS Donation Trust Fund, Cleopatra has been healed. She had to have one of her eyes removed but is no less of a kitty because of it. She is doing well in recovering from her trauma.

She needs to be an inside cat only and also like many queens, Cleopatra would like to be the only royalty in her kingdom. (She doesn't get along with other pets.) She loves humans though and is a special kitty looking for an equally special home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

CLEOPATRA, a Naples Maine Coon cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Naples, or seeking a Maine Coon cat from a breeder in Naples.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Naples already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Naples breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Naples paves the way for another one to be saved.
