I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.
What a gorgeous girl!
Chloe is a very friendly, loving, and playful dog. She does not appear to have dominant traits and is submissive with the other dog in the house. They love to play together. She is also very smart! She started learning the sit command within 15 minutes of being with us. She is currently kennel trained and knows not to potty inside the house. She is not much of a 'talker' and will rarely bark. She has improved with her leash walking, is a dream to bathe, and is very easy when it comes to car rides. At times, she will jump if excited but has shown improvement in that area.I have not seen any type of food or toy aggression with her...she just wants to be LOVED! She is a non-stop kisser, if you let her. Chloe is content with laying around the house next to her human and prefers short walks rather than long ones.

Over 20,000 animals were euthanized in San Antonio in 2011, and we are working hard to turn San Antonio into a no-kill city. In 2012 alone, we saved over 5,900 animals! San Antonio Pets Alive (SAPA!) is a new organization that will be modeled after the very successful Austin Pets Alive (APA). APA was instrumental in helping Austin achieve their goal of no longer euthanizing healthy, adoptable pets from the city shelter. SAPA has teamed up with Animal Care Services in order for the city of SA to reach their no-kill goal.
In partnership with San Antonio’s Animal Care Services, we are implementing innovative and progressive programs to:
Rescue as many pets as possible off of the daily “euthanasia list”. In our rescue program, to not duplicate work of other agencies, we focus solely on the pets who have already been passed over by other groups and the shelters’ adoption programs and create programs to save their lives and find them new homes.
Our rescue program is focused 100% on the dogs and cats who are about to be killed. We wait until the shelters have chosen the pets they want for their adoption programs and other rescue groups have pulled the pets that they can take, then we go in and rescue the rest that we can fit into our programs.
