Fun-Loving Daisy's Story...
Daisy’s such an active, fun-loving little kitten! She and her sisters were found by two caring people in Brooklyn who took them in, fed them and kept them safe. Then they brought her to Brooklyn Animal Action to find her forever home.

Daisy is a really great kitten, She loves to play and chase things and is especially fond of her sister, Dewey. She also enjoys being petted and hanging out with her people. You can see what a hoot she is in the video!

Daisy is spayed, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and has all her shots. She’s healthy, happy, and ready to play with you!

If you’d like to meet Daisy, please contact Sheri, at BAAadoptions@gmail.com.

Thanks so much for thinking of a rescued kitty!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fun-Loving Daisy, a Brooklyn Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
