Willow's Story...
Willow is a Take Me Home courtesy post. Willow is not affiliated with Take Me Home. She is not under our care. Take Me Home is not responsible for any adoptions through private parties. For more information on Willow, please contact Kelly at Kelbrett02@yahoo.com or at 310.408.6469.

Willow is a four month old, spayed, fully vaccinated and totally healthy Shepherd, maybe Boxer, mix (she has the cutest under bite and lanky legs). This girl is so smart and such a love-bug. She currently lives in a foster home with two weenie dogs and loves to play with them. She is nearly housebroken and loves to go for walks. Little Willow knows how to sit and shake, sleep through the night and is an all-around amazing companion!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Willow, a Santa Monica Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Boxer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Boxer for sale in Santa Monica, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Boxer puppy from a breeder in Santa Monica.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Santa Monica already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Santa Monica breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Boxer breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Santa Monica paves the way for another one to be saved.
