Laverne and Shirley's Story...
Why Choose me?
When I first met Laverne and Shirley, they looked up at me with the sweetest little faces. These tiny girls are so small that they are presently sharing an inside kennel with Champ. They were all curled up together and not too sure about being placed in a basket to go outside. When I put them on the wet grass, neither of them moved except to lift a paw to say they didn’t like that one bit. I quickly took one picture, dried them off, and returned them to the basket where they were much more comfortable. I’m sure they’ll be more adventurous on a pretty day. Once we were inside, I did watch them play with Champ. They were frolicking, wrestling, and having a ball. Come meet these sweet sisters today. They love being held and will have a good time playing, too–if it’s a pretty day!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Laverne and Shirley, a Athens Miniature Pinscher puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher for sale in Athens, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher puppy from a breeder in Athens.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Athens already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Athens breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Athens paves the way for another one to be saved.
