Domino - VIDEO's Story...
Oh, what a boy! Domino is a gem! Handsome Domino was initially rescued by a homeless man from the streets, together with his doggie friend Blue. Even though, the gentleman loved Domino, he couldn't care for him very long and now Domino is ready for his forever home. Domino enjoys the company of his doggie friend Blue but he would do fine in a home without her as well. He's a happy-go-lucky and sweet pup, who is eager to learn and win over the world. Domino is currently receiving professional training and loves to show off his manners. His favorite thing to do, other than being by your side, is to play ball. He is great at catching the ball and even will bring it back to you! Great family fun! Domino is just a wonderful dog, ready to go home with you today.

Rescue Group Info...
Wags and Walks was founded by Lesley Brog because she knew she could do more for animals.
Lesley Brog grew up a veterinarian’s daughter, a love for animals present as far back as she can remember. Dogs in particular. But it wasn’t until she adopted a Pit Bull puppy, thirteen years ago, that her affinity developed into something much stronger.
A pharmaceutical sales rep by profession, Lesley spent most of her time off volunteering with dog rescue organizations and animal shelters. She was struck by the harsh reality: The majority of the dogs in shelters were healthy, family friendly animals, but due to time and space limitations, many had just five days to be adopted before being euthanized.
An overachiever with a can-do-anything spirit, Lesley knew that she could do more for animals. So she mustered up the courage to leave the corporate world, and created her own dog rescue organization, Wags and Walks. Her goal is to educate people about the types of dogs in the shelters and find those animals suitable, loving, fosters and adopters.
Today, she visits shelters as far as 60 miles away on a daily basis. She gets to know the animals, takes pictures and video, and urgently networks to find the dogs homes before they run out of time. Lesley’s efforts have been nationally recognized, even resulting in a $10,000 grant from DogTime Media. To date, she has helped save the lives of hundreds of deserving dogs who have brought endless happiness and companionship to their families.
While that’s quite an achievement, there are still 2-4 million healthy, adoptable animals who are euthanized each year (one every eight seconds) and Lesley realized that a lot more needed to be done. Out of this desire to create a better world for animals came a new service she is launching soon called 33Give.com, a place to promote the selfless, passionate work of nonprofit organizations and the programs they run that desperately need funding, and a place where pet owners looking for quality products could ensure that a portion of their purchase price goes directly toward saving and improving animals’ lives. Become one of the first to become a part by going to 33Give.com and signing up!
Lesley recognizes that despite her best efforts, many thousands more face uncertain fates. She asks that you join her in committing to saving as many lives as possible. Get involved. Adopt, foster, or donate. Together we can change the world, one dog at a time...
Our adoption fees range from $200 - 500. We require you to fill out an application on our site (www.wagsandwalks.org) and submit to and pass a home check by one of our volunteers.
