A kind person rescued him and another dog. Swiper is a fun and energetic dog. He loves going out for walks and spending time with family. He may guard high value items. Will alert bark when he gets excited seeing a new dog because he wants to play with them. Needs basic training. Guardian says he is very social and friendly with all.
