Claire De Lune's Story...
Hi my name is Claire and I'm a very very sweet 1 year old little Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix. I seem to have the best of both breeds. I am on the calmer side and super super sweet and I absolutely love people. I am also good with other dogs. I love being held and being in laps. Will I be your cuddle bug? I'm a very gentle and loving girl.

If you'd like to apply for me, or any of my rescues other dogs, please email info@labsandfriends.org to request an application or go to their website at www.labsandfriends.org and download and fill one out. They can be scanned and emailed or faxed to 818-351-8148 (no cover needed)..

Thank you for rescuing!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Claire De Lune, a Burbank Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua for sale in Burbank, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Burbank.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Burbank already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Burbank breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Burbank paves the way for another one to be saved.
