Hi! My name is Hector. I am a good dog.

Like the Greek hero I was named after, I am faithful and strong. I am a mix of

Golden Labrador, American Bulldog, and American Pit Bull. What a great combo!

I like other dogs and I LOVE people. I am neutered, crate trained and housebroken.

My favorite thing to do is sit with you on the couch, or lay my head on your lap. If

you take me out for a walk, I won’t pull on the leash (much). If we walk without a

leash, I usually stay right by your side!

The one thing I want in this whole wide world, more than anything else, is a family

of my very own. My foster Dad says I am very, very gentle and quiet. (It is true

I don’t bark much but sometimes I whine.) The one thing that makes me really,

really excited is when I see small, furry animals. I love to chase them! I can not help it. It’s just who I am.

I used to be sick but I am very healthy now! Right now I am still heartworm

positive, but I have been taking medicine for a month. I am almost finished! Yay!
