Brin's Story...
Brin is such a wonderful girl. Not only is she beautiful (the pictures don't do her justice), she is also sweet and loving. She is about 15 inches tall, weighs 20 pounds and is 2-3 years old.

Brin crates very well. When you get home and let her out of her kennel, she will let everyone within earshot know she is happy to see you. She gets so excited! She loves to go walking or is content to snuggle on the couch with you. Wherever you are is where she wants to be.

In her foster home, she is living with 2 foster brothers - cat and dog - and 2 foster sisters - cat and dog - and she gets along with them very well. She's interested in what the cats are doing but prefers to play with the dogs. Her foster parents don't have little children but had a visitor recently who is 3 years old. Brin was very excited to see him and gave him many kisses during his visit. Especially after he finished eating apple sauce!

If you want to be loved and she seems like your ideal companion, then Brin is your girl. Fill out an application today and ask to meet this sweetheart.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brin, a Houston Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Houston, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
