Mc Shane's Story...
Mc Shane is the complete package-looks and personality to match, he is one cute guy!! McShane is a Glen of Imaal terrier (mix) about 4 years old, he came here with 4 of his "brothers" we believe they all were used for breeding purposes. When they got here they were all suffering from flea infesteation which left them all but hairless, now they have the most beautiful coats. They have all enjoyed their new found freedom and love to run and play, not as crazy active as some of our other "kids", but he gets these bursts of energy and starts chasing the other dogs in his play group around it is hilarious. He loves to take a sun bath too, just laze around by the water bowl soaking up the sun on warm days. He is fully vetted, neutered HW negative and ready for a forever family. He is crate trained, almost never has an accident overnight. You can fill out an application on our website a t www.animalattractiontn.com it is located under the contact us tab. To make an appointment to meet him you can call 931-698-0303 or 931-698-8300. His adoption fee is $125, which goes toward rescuing another dog in need.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mc Shane, a Columbia Glen of Imaal Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Glen of Imaal Terrier for sale in Columbia, or seeking a Glen of Imaal Terrier dog from a breeder in Columbia.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Columbia already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Columbia breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Glen of Imaal Terrier breeders who help with Glen of Imaal Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Columbia paves the way for another one to be saved.
