Rugar's Story...
IF YOU'RE INTERESTED IN RUGAR, EMAIL ROCKCITYRESCUE@GMAIL.COM

Rugar is approximately one year old and is a Lab/Boxer mix that was rescued from a kill shelter. He is super friendly and loves playing with his friend, Jade, the puppy. He would love to have another dog in the house to play with and maybe even some kids. Rugar will be neutered and UTD on all his shots before being adopted.

Rugar is currently working on receiving his Canine Good Citizenship!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rugar, a Cranford Labrador Retriever/Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Boxer for sale in Cranford, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Boxer dog from a breeder in Cranford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cranford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cranford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Boxer breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cranford paves the way for another one to be saved.
