Shana's Story...
Shana was saved from a kill shelter. She has the softest fur you can imagine. Everyone that meets her thinks she is just the sweetest girl! Shana is about 14 weeks old and will be a medium to large size dog. She loves toys and she loves other pets. Shana is on a calcium supplement because she had very poor nutrition as a puppy and her back legs are a little wobbly when she first wakes up in the morning. After a minute you would never know! Now that she is getting good nutrition and not being cooped up in a crate we are sure she will be back to normal in no time. Our veterinarian has done xrays and a very thorough exam and can't find any issues to concern them so we wanted to get her listed and find her a great forever family!Please, you MUST click the following link BEFORE emailing for further information. Pooches & Purrs Cooperative is a group of rescues and individual rescuers that are working hard to find loving homes for the dogs, cats, kittens and puppies that find their way into our care through no fault of their own. Each individual or group has several wonderful dogs In Tennessee, Alabama or Kentucky looking for homes! All of them are completely vetted and neutered/spayed (if age appropriate) and on heartworm protection. All of them come with complete medical records. Their adoption fee of $450 covers their complete age appropriate vetting and heartworm preventative as well as their transportation to your area.

At times, a dog may be in foster care in New England and their bio will clearly be marked as such so you will know. These southern dogs & cats are brought up to their new owners weekly! We have a 14 day money back guarantee and the pet can be rehomed appropriately if things don't work out. Each group tries hard to get good matches in your homes so that everyone has a happy life together! To date the cooperative has placed over a two thousand dogs and puppies, cats and kittens in loving New England homes!
