Pip's Info...

Pip's Story...
Pip and his Mom Victoria were surrendered to the rescue when their owners were no longer able to care for them. He is just 8 months old and he's a happy go lucky guy! He has a long tail which gives him a lot of character. He had to get a haircut because he was very matted so his new family might like to buy him some sweaters to finish out the winter! Pip is a typical schnauzer and can be feisty with other dogs when he first meets them but he does love to play with them. He is untested with cats. We prefer that Pip go to a home with children that are over 10 years old. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pip, a Hagerstown Schnauzer (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schnauzer (Miniature) for sale in Hagerstown, or seeking a Schnauzer (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Hagerstown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hagerstown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hagerstown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schnauzer (Miniature) breeders who help with Schnauzer (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hagerstown paves the way for another one to be saved.
