Amy & Chen 2 Fab FoodieKitties's Story...
These fabulous tabbies are great as a friend to another kitty or together. Amy is a bit more outgoing than Chen but both are wonderful, playful and great to have in any home. They sleep with their foster mom and dad and love to hang out. They have the most beautiful markings, are young gorgeous and ready to go.They are foodies at heart and can only eat raw food or prescription kittie food.

These two angels were found outside of a Chinese restaurant and we were asked to help out and help we did. We brought them in, got them (there is a third in another foster home) all spayed/neutered, tested neg for fiv/leuk and up-to-date on their shots. They are ready for a wonderful home.

If you would like to meet these two angels, just contact Claire at catskittensnyc@gmail.com or call eves/weekends 718-455-5711

Thank you for thinking of a rescued angel. Every dime goes to rescuing another cat.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Amy & Chen 2 Fab FoodieKitties, a Brooklyn Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
