Tinsley's Story...
Tinsley's foster parents say: Tinsley is a happy, medium-sized dog, full grown at around two years old and 25 pounds. He lives for belly rubs and will lick you all over. Tinsley would make a great exercise partner for an active person or family, and he loves to play with kids and other dogs. He's such a natural runner and jumper that he'd also do well with agility training. Tinsley is a smart, loyal little guy who has adapted to the rules of our home and quickly learned basic commands (see a clip at http://youtu.be/foUC5uoY_Os). Tinsley has been neutered and is housebroken. Although Tinsley is currently in Jackson, MS, transport to New England can easily be arranged through Animal Rescue Front. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tinsley, a Groton Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Groton, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Groton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Groton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Groton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Groton paves the way for another one to be saved.
