Roxy's Story...
Roxy is the cutest little rough coated Jack Russell ever. She weighs about 10 pounds is right around a year old and is very affectionate with people. However she had a very rough start to life-left in a crate for most of her life, she was never socialized with other dogs. Because of this she does not like them at all, SHE MUST BE THE ONLY DOG IN THE HOUSEHOLD IN ORDER TO BE ADOPTED OUT. She spent a month living with our trainer and she shows progress, but still does not like other dogs. She really loves people though, if you can give her the special attention that she needs she will love you forever. You can find an application at www.animalattractiontn.com under the contact us tab. Or call 931-698-0303. She is fully vetted, spayed and ready to go to the right home. An adoption fee of $150 is required which goes toward saving another dog in need.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Roxy, a Columbia Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Columbia, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Columbia.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Columbia already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Columbia breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Columbia paves the way for another one to be saved.
