My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bronson is a Take Me Home courtesy post. Bronson is not affiliated with Take Me Home. He is not under our care. Take Me Home is not responsible for any adoptions through private parties. For more information on Bronson, please contact Rebecca at rebeccacorry@yahoo.com

Meet Bronson, an adorable 6-month-old, blue Pit Bull-mix puppy. Poor Bronson got off to a rough start to life, but, luckily for him, he was rescued by some good samaritans from the mean streets of South Central LA. These kind people found Bronson as a scared and hungry stray, but as soon as they opened their car door, he jumped right in and slept on the nice lady's lap all the way home.

Since being rescued, Bronson has been neutered, microchipped, and has had all his shots. Bronson weighs 50 lbs at the moment and will probably grow to be in the 60-70 lb range. He is currently in a temporary foster home with an adult Pit Bull whom he loves very much, and they play together constantly. Unfortunately, though, the foster can't keep Bronson much longer, so he really needs a forever home or new foster home ASAP.

Since Bronson is still a puppy, he has a lot of energy and loves to play. He adores people and dogs and wants to be friends with everyone he meets. He even met a cat and wanted to play with him. We think that with the right introduction, he could absolutely live with a cat in the house since he didn't show aggression towards the cat. Bronson can walk on a leash, but he does get excited easily, so whoever adopts him needs to understand that puppies take extra time and training - but he has a good attitude and is anxious to learn. He is also getting crate trained and potty trained in his new home. In addition, Bronson loves to ride in the car. He also hasn't shown any food or toy aggression around other dogs.
